Customer Experience Solutions and Services provider becomes official partner of StrateX cloud based Workforce Management Software in Turkey
Rotterdam and Istanbul, 15th of September, 2021 — MotionTrue, a customer experience, contact centerservices and solution provider, today announced a partnership with Workforce Management Software and Services provider StrateX. Under the new agreement, MotionTrue will resell the complete suite of StrateX cloud based Workforce Management Software in the Turkish market, including AI Powered Forecasting, extended Capacity Management, machine learned based Scheduling, Pool Management, adherence and detailed reporting. The two companies will work closely together on joint marketing, sales, and support to drive growth and strong customer relationships in the local market.
The addition of the AI powered cloud based StrateX WFM suite to the MotionTrue portfolio of offerings further completes their vision of implementing technology to empower people and to improve performance.
